I highly recommend that you use FriendFeed to not only keep all of your online activities in one place but also to stay up to date about almost anything you care about. If you can create an RSS feed about a topic, then you can include it. See my IASE member page for an example of how I am using it to bring together everything from what YouTube videos I like to tweets that I post on Twitter.
