Hard to believe, but this is my 25th year practicing space law. The private space industry has come a LONG way from "GAS Cans" on the shuttle to COTS, and hopefully this is just the beginning! I've assisted many start-up and small space and computer game companies over the years. Guess which industry has been more successful? :) It's time for a break-out for space entrepreneurs, and I'm looking forward to getting to know all the IASE members that I haven't yet had the privilege to work with.
